  1. Prepare 1 cup fresh curd or 200 grams curd
  2. Use 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina patta)
  3. Take 2-3 teaspoons water for grinding mint leaves (pudina patta)
  4. Take 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  5. Take 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder (bhuna jeera powder)

  1. Take 1 fresh cup curd in a mixing bowl. Separate pudina leaves from branches and clean properly.

  4. Mix everything very well.
  5. Serve pudina raita as a side dish.Garnish with a sprig of mint leaf while serving. You can also serve with veg pulao or veg biryani. You can also refrigerate the raita and serve later.
