- You need 1 sdm tepung maizena

Instructions to make Rolade "Ngejuu" Saus BBQ:
- Siapkan bahan2.. semua bawang dirajang yah… Bawang bombay setengahnya untuk isi, setengah untuk saus. Keju diparut kasar..
- Membuat kulit : 3 telur dan sagu dikocok lepas, tambahkan garam secukupnya. Saring untuk menghilangkan gumpalan tepung. Lalu dadar tipis2 (sesuai isinya nanti, dapet 3 psc kulit). Tips : Saya pake teflon ukuran kecil, pakai api kecil lalu angkat dikit dan puter2 teflon biar hasil dadarnya tipis lebar dan ga gosong.
- Lanjut buat isi rolade : Campur dalam satu wadah semua bahan isi rolade kecuali sosis. Ulen sebentar untuk ngemix semua bahan.
- Siapkan piring ceper untuk menggulung rolade. Ratakan isi rolade keseluruh permukaan kulit. Taruh sosis dipangkal lalu gulung kulit sampai habis… lalukan keseluruh adonan (ada 3 kulit td kan yaa).
- Siapkan kukusan (tutupnya jangan lupa dibungkus kain/serbet bersih ya biar embunnya ga netes2 yah). Padatkan rolade dengan plastik. Lalu kukus selama kurleb 20 menit.
- Membuat saus bbq : Tumis bawang hingga harum (saya pake sedikit margarin), lalu tambahkan air secukupnya. Masukkan saus kecap dll. Tes rasa n sesuaikan selera. Encerkan 1 sdm tepung maizena dengan air lalu tuangkan ke saus. Sesekali diaduk hingga mengental.
- Saus siap, roladepun siap. Potong2 untuk disajikan yaa..
