Masak bahan 1 dengan Tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih sampai harum,masukkan wortel yg telah di potong kotak" kecil, masukkan daging giling aduk sampai keluar airnya, lalu tambahkan tomato paste dan tomat tanpa kulit yg telah di haluskan. Tambahkan kaldu ayam, garam, merica, gula, saus tiram, saus kecap, dan saus sambal,(tes rasa sesuai selera boleh tambahkan yg lain) masak hingga air menyusut dan bahan jd kental.
  2. Lelehkan butter dengan api kecil, tambahkan susu aduk sampai rata, tambahkan tepung dan aduk sampai rata, masukakn mozerella yg telah di potong" atau di parut, aduk sampai bahan tercampur rata, tambahkan garam merica oregano (tes rasa sesuai selera)
  3. Ratakan bahan 1 di atas loyang kaca tahan panas, lalu susun alpis lasagna, ratakan lagi bahan 1 di atas pasta, lalu ratakan bahan 2 di atasnya, dan ulangi lagi dengan meratakan bahan 1,lapis lasagna, bahan 1 lagi dan bahan 2, sampai wadah hanpir penuh dan di tutup dengan dengan bahan 2 atau tambahan keci mozerella dan taburan oregano
  4. Panaskan oven 180 derajat selama 10 menit, masukkan loyang yg telah di isi tadi, lalu panggang selama kurang lebih 35 menit. Setelah itu tes dgn di tusuk pisau sampai kulit lasagnna lembut dan saus tidak lengket, lalu siap di hidangkan
