Jadi adonan ditumpahkan di teflon lain). Oles tipis di atasnya dengan saos bolognais, tata irisan bakso diatasnya. Tambahkan saos bolognais di sela2 bakso agar makin melekat. Taburi keju di atasnya. Tutup teflon dan nyalakan kompor dengan api kecil hingga matang.
