- For poori….Take a bowl,add wheat flour,rawa,salt,ghee.,ajwainMix well,add water little by little.

- Heat oil in a kadai,drop the poori and press it.It will puffi up well.Flip the poori and cook the other side till golden brown.Poori is ready to eat.
- For sabzi…heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,dry red chillies,bay leaves,saute for a seconds,add onion.Cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Now turn the flame low,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder.Mix well.Add ginger garlic paste,mix well.Cook for one minute,add tomatoes,salt,cook for 3 minutes.
- Add potato,chana,mix well.Add 1 and half cup of water.cook it on high flame Let it comes to boil,turn the flame low,cover with the lid,cover for 4 minutes.
