- Letakkan 2 keju di setiap potong ayam fillet kemudian dilipat.
- Baluri ayam dengan tepung terigu dan agak ditekan-tekan sehingga berbentuk dan kuat, kemudian dibaluri telur dan baluri dengan tepung panir sampai benar-benar merata sempurna.
- Gunakan teflon/sejenisnya untuk memasak, agar steack tidak rusak bentuknya, masukkan minyak goreng ke dalam teflon masak dengan api sangat kecil setelah panas masukkan adonan steack ayam masak dengan api kecil agar matangnya meresap sempurna, jangan lupa dibolak balik agar tidak gosong dan masak sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Tambahkan minyak sesekali kalau dirasa minyak kurang. Kemudian setelah matang tinggal di angkat letakkan pada piring yang sdh disediakan bahan tambahan
- Saatnya memasak saus, masukkan minyak goreng sedikit saja hanya untuk menumis bawang bombay, tumis hingga wangi masukkan lada kemudian masukkan air, Tepung terigu, saus barbeque dan saus pedas serta kaldu bubuk rasa sapi. Apabila sdh hampir matang maka masukkan air lemon, Masak hingga mengental dan benar-benar matang. Saus barbeque yang sudah matang di tuang ke steack ayam sesuai selera.
