  4. Stir it continuously, simmer the dal for 5-6 minutes till you get desired consistency, add chopped coriander leaves and put off the flame.
  5. Heat ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds and dry red chilli, now it on the cooked dal ; serve hot with steamed basmati rice, roti or naan.
