  2. Add ginger and garlic paste and all dry whole masala in cooker
  3. Add salt and water, mix well
  4. Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistle or till cook, when done discard bay leaves, cinnamon stick
  5. Transfer cooked dal mixture in a blending jar, blend this, take all chopped veggies in a dish add blended dal and keema masala and add lemon juice
  6. Add black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala
  7. Add fresh cream, salt and kabab masala and mix
  8. Mix all ingredients well and make patties of this, heat oil in a pan and fry the patties
  9. When one side flip and fry patties like this till cook and nice brown in colour, when done left out, serve hot with onion and lemon wedges with green chutney for more taste.
