- Cairkan butter, masukan daun kari dan cabe tumis dengan api sedang hingga harum, kecilkan api, masukan campuran cereal, aduk hingga tercampur rata dan daun kari menjadi garing. Masukan udang, aduk sebentar hingga cereal menjadi golden brown, koreksi rasa, pindahkan ke piring saji, siap dihidangkan. Kalau mau lebih mudah dimakan setelah digoreng bisa dikupas kulit sisakan ekornya saja.
