- For preparing Dal fry..Wash all dals and pressure cook. Cool it,but don't mix with spoon.
- In kadhai add,melt ghee,do tempering of cumin seeds,hing, add & saute chopped onions till pinkish in colour. Add and saute garlic and chillies-ginger paste.
- Add tomato pulp saute for 3 -4 minutes. Add boiled dal mixture,salt,red chilli powder, dhania- jeera powder,garam masala, cinnamon- cloves powder,mix and cook for 5 mins.
- Add butter and off the flame.
- For biscuit bhakhari.In mixing bowl or thali add both wheat flour,salt and ghee..mix and with warm milk bind,knead into tight dough. Immediately made 12 portions/ flat balls of prepared dough. Roll each ball into thick bhakhari.
- On hot nonstick tawa.Roast bhakhari on both sides till golden brown with help of wooden block on slow flame.
