  4. Aik baily huey piece ke upar 2 tbsp salan rakh ke phela dein. Phir dusry piece se cover karein.
  5. Sides ko daba ke achi trah band kar lein
  6. Tawa preheat karein. Is roti ko hathon se bara karein or gram tawey py dalen. Side plat kar 1 tbsp ghee lagadein.
  7. Dono sides se achi trah light golden brown krdn. Flame medium to low honi chahiye
