  1. Cuci udang tanpa membuang kulitnya (kalau saya lebih suka pakai kulitnya, selain enak, lebih sehat karena mengandung kalsium dan mampu mengurangi kolesterol. Secara udang kolesterolnya tinggi 😅). Setelah dicuci bersih, letakkan udang dalam wadah yang ada tutupnya. Lumuri udang dengan garam dan merica. Aduk udang dengan merata, kemudian taburi tepung terigu. Tutup wadah, kocok2 wadah berisi udang, buka lalu taburi kembali tepung. Ulangi langkah ini sesuai selera ketebalan tepung dari udangnya.
  2. Goreng udang yang telah kita siapkan tadi hingga berwarna kekuningan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  3. Cara membuat bahan kering sereal : Siapkan sereal, susu bubuk, garam, merica dan sedikit gula pada wadah kering. Aduk rata bahan2 kering tersebut. Sisihkan.
  4. Tumis bawang putih menggunakan mentega hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Masukkan cabai rawit, lalu masukkan bahan kering sereal yang telah kita siapkan sebelumnya (kecilkan api kompor). Aduk rata bahan kering tersebut hingga sereal berubah warna kekuningan, masukkan udang goreng. Aduk hingga udang tercampur baik dengan sereal. Matikan kompor, udang goreng sereal siap dihidangkan.
