- Use 1 cup whole green moong (Boiled)
- Take Tadka
- Take 2 tomatoes (puree)
- Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1 green chilli finely chopped
- Provide 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Use 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Use to taste Salt
- Use 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Get 3-4 tsp ghee /oil

- Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds in it, when it splutter add green chilli, ginger, garlic.Soute it for minute on medium flame.
