- Kemudian masukkan tepung semolina, kelapa parut, dan baking powder, aduk lagi sampai rata
- Siap kan loyang yang sudah di beri margarin dan tepung, masukkan adonan, ratakan, susun kacang almond bagi menjadi 7 x 4 seperti ini, karena saya pakai 28 biji kacang almond, hentakkan adonan sedikit, kemudian panggang dgn suhu 120° selama 30 menit naikkan suhu lagi menjadi 140 ° selama 20 menit tergantung oven masing-masing, panggang hingga golden brown
- Untuk sirup gula, siapkan bahan sirup, rebus kedalam panci hingga mendidih, kemudian sisihkan
- Setelah di panggang keluarkan dari oven panas2 beri sirup gula di atas cake, potong kotak2, biarkan hingga set dan dingin
- Basbousa siap di nikmati.
