  2. For Aloo Sabji: In a pan add oil, Splutter mustard seed,urad dal and add onion sauté till soft.
  3. Add curry leaves and chillies and ginger cook for while. Then add salt and turmeric powder cook while add tomato cook till soft.
  4. Then add mashed potato,paneer and cover and cook for while. Then add little water and salt to taste lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  5. Once you make dosa spread masala and top it with cheese and cover with lid till it melts.
