- In a wok add 2 tbps cooking oil and add chopped carrot and french beans and saute for 1 minutes at medium flame.

- Now add salt, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, pinch of oregano herb and maggi with 1.5 cup water and give a boil at high flame. Off the gas once water is completely soaked.
- Now make a dough by adding 2 cup refined flour, Carom seeds, salt and 1/4cup cooking oil and mix well. Now add 1 cup water and knead a dough.
- Now take a medium size ball of refined flour dough and roll like chapati and cut in two halves.

- Now add Maggi filling and close the top.
- Now in a wok take oil to fry these samosas at medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- Samosas are ready to serve with sauce or chutney.
