- Get 1 kg mutton
- Take 1 bowl wheat
- Prepare 5 big onion cutted into slice
- Use 1 small bowl crushed ginger garlic coriander stem

- Take 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make Mutton khichda:
- Here I have taken wheat which is soak for 15 Minutes. After 15 minutes whipped it in mixer jar adding little water to remove skin. Wash this wheat till all skin goes of. It should not grind.
- Once washed completly take it in a pressure cooker add 3-4 glass water, little salt and bring it to boil for 3-4 whistle
- Here measurements of dal should be equal of wheat. Wash and soak all dal for half and hour. After half an hour boil it in a pressure cooker adding little salt and turmeric. Cook for 5-6 whistle. Add 5 glass of water.
- For boiling mutton.wash and keep mutton in a cooker add 3 glass of water add salt little turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. You can even add raw papaya paste to cook mutton soft.
- Once wheat and dal cooks. Open the whistle and check and mix it in a big container tapela Once it gets little cool bend it with blender to gets everything mixed it. Add little water if required if water is soaked completly add water.
- For mutton masala and khichda masala- take a pan add oil once gets heat add all spices add green chilli once it gets spullter add onion slice and saute it once it gets little brown add tomatoes and cooked for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste add all dry masaala and cook compltly adding little water. Once oil comes up add boil mutton in it and mix it. Once this mutton Masala cooks add this in the mixture of dal and wheat khicha
- Add half coriander mint leaves and mix it add 2 big lemon juice in it and keep for boiling. Boil in high flame for 2 minutes. Later on keep in low and cook for more 20 minutes
- Sprinkle it with fried onion, coriander mint leaves,lemon and sweet sev Khurma….. So here Eid Special dish is ready to serve
