- Finstly. In a kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee saute 1tsp cumin 3pods cardamom 1by leaf and 2 dried red chillies.
- Also Add1 onion,2 green chilli, 1tsp ghee and saute 1tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Additional, add 1 tomato and saute till the tomatoes turn soft till the tomatoes turns soft and mushy.
- Now add 1/4 tsp turmeric. 1tsp salt and mix well.
- Add pressure cooked dal making sure dal has cooked well.
- Also add1/2 cup water or more adjusting consistency as required
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or till dal adsorb flavour.
- Now add 1/4tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander. Mix well.
- Finally serve mix dal fry with hot steamed nice or Roit.
