  3. Now add 2 cups water. Cover and cook for a good 1 hour until masala is bhounified nicely.
  4. Now add mutton and cook until its 3/4 done. With that add potatoes. Cook unitl both of them are done.
  5. Now add more water and adjust shorba as much as you like. Cook again for another 15-20 mins. Add green chillies in between.
  6. When the salan is done. Add coriander and keep the lid closed for 10 mins.
  7. Serve with roti or plain rice
