- Provide 2 Cup chopped fresh green coriander

- Take bowl, make a batter of besan flour adding little water. batter should be thick.
- Heat pan. Add 2 tsp oil.
- Add cumin seeds and sesame seeds. Now add crushed garlic, ginger and green chilies, saute it for few seconds.
- Add rosted peanuts
- Now Add chooped green coriander and saute it.
- Now add turmeric powder, jeera powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, chaat masala powder, salt and mix well.
- Now add besan batter stirring continuously until the batter become a thick.
- Grease a tray and pour this mixture into the tray and spread it. Sprinkle some sesame seed.
- Cool it for 30 minutes.
- After cooling mixture cut them into cubes.
- Heat non stick pan. Add some oil and shallow fry this besan cubes till became crispy.
