  1. You need 1 katori chole
  2. Take 2 onions(medium size)
  3. Provide 4 tomatoes (medium size)
  4. Use 2 garlic cloves
  5. Use 2 green chillies

  7. Take 1/2 spoon Dania powder
  8. Use 1/4 spoon lal mirch
  9. Use 1/4 spoon garam masala

  11. Take 1/2 spoon buna jeera
  12. You need 2-3 spoon chana masala
  13. Use 1 small piece of adarakh
Instructions to make Chole:
  1. First soak chole for 4-5hrs in summers and overnight.
  2. Now after that put the chole in cooker on high flame and let 4-5whistles come and slow down the flame and cook for another 10min.
  3. In the meantime get the masala ready for chole.Take grinder and grind the onions and keep them aside.Now take tomatoes and grind them in the grinder along with garlic cloves,green chillies and adarakh.
  4. Now take a pan and put two karchi oil and add onions paste and cook till golden brown.Now add tomato paste prepared above and stir well till the tomatoes paste becomes dark red.Stir well till dark red colour appear.Add dania powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala and chana masala one after the another.Keep stirring in between.
  5. Now open the cooker and put the dry masala prepared above.
  6. Again put cooker on high flame for 2-3whistles and switch off the gas.Take the chole out from the cooker and serve in a bowl.Your chole are ready to serve.Garnish them with onion slices or dania leaves.
