The ingredients needed to make Bhuna Gosht:
  1. You need 500 gm Mutton Bone-in or Boneless
  2. You need 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  3. Get 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  5. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
  7. Use 1 tsp Garam Masala
  8. Get 1 tsp Coriander Seeds partially crushed
  9. Get 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves
  10. Prepare 2-3 Green Chillies slit
  11. Provide 3-4 tbsp Ghee
Instructions to make Bhuna Gosht:
  1. To the Mutton Bone-in, add Ginger garlic paste, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin and Red Chilli powders. Also add Garam Masala and mix well. Marinate this for at least 2 hours or better still overnight in the refrigerator. Heat Ghee on a low heat. Add partially crushed Coriander Seeds, Curry Leaves and Green Chillies that are finely chopped.
  2. Fry them all for a minute. And finally add the marinated Mutton pieces to it. Pressure cook with little water for 6-7 whistles or slow cook without any additional water with a lid on. If pressure cooked, wait till the steam settles down. Roast it well on a medium high heat by continuosly stirring it until a lovely aroma emanates.
