  1. Prepare the masala paste by grinding all the ingredients of it.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker with oil and put chopped onion in it.
  3. When they become transluscent then add the masala paste along with the tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it. Cook it till the masala release oil.
  4. Then add the Motton pieces in it along with the yogurt and mix it well. Cook it for sometime till meat release all the retaining water in it.
  5. Then add some water and cover the lid and cook it for 3 whistles in low flame.
  6. Then switch off the flame and allow the gas removes automatically, then open the cooker and add the chopped methi leaves in it.
  7. Again cook it for 7-8 minutes in medium flame. Now your Methi Gosht is ready to serve. Serve hot with roti, Paratha or naan.
