  1. Provide 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  2. You need 3/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 Coriander Powder

  6. You need 500 gm Gosh(Mutton)

  1. Wash the Mutton Nicely. Putit in a Cooker. Add some Water and Salt. And leave it for 10-15min on a high flame. After 10-15min open the cooker and check if if Mutton is cooked properly or not… If not, then cook it for more 10 mins.
  2. Take a new vessel. Add some oil. Let the oil heat for a min. Then add all the Masala's. Mix it Add some water mix it. (Do this process fast otherwise your Masala will burn). Now wait for a nice Boil.
