- Use 500 gm beef
- You need 500 gm lauki(cut into slices)

- Get 2 sliced tomato

- First heat a pressure cooker with oil add all the whole spices sauté it then add onion fry till soft.
- Now add tomato fry for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste turmeric powder and salt mix it and add beef pieces mix it well.
- Then add all the powdered masalas and fry it for 5-7 minutes on high flame.
- After that add enough water cover and pressure cook for 10 minutes or until 50% cooked.
- After that open the lid and cook it on high flame till oil separates on the top.
- Now add whole red chilli (remove the seeds), sliced lauki (you can add lauki in cube shape) mix it and add little water, again cook it for 7-8 minutes till it’s done.
