- Take a grinder jar and add green peas and grind coarsely.
- Keep a pan on medium flame and add vegetable oil, now add jeera and mustard seeds let it cracker. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add besan and cook well till it turns golden brown and arona starts coming. Add peas paste and cook thd mixture till it becomes dry.
- Now take a small dough and add peas mixture into it and cover well so that mixture should not come out.
