Instructions to make Palak Gosht:
  1. Take a pot add palak and cover it to cook until it become soft. Then take out in other plate. Now put palak in blender. Blend it & make smooth paste. Add water if required to blend.
  2. Take a pot add oil, onions & fry it until saute then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste
  3. And cook at least 3-4 minutes then add Salt, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Water 1 glass, Chicken.
  4. Cook it until meat tender. Then add palak paste and mix it well.
  5. Add whole green chilli and cover it to cook on low flame for 10 mins. Then add Butter on it. Palak Gosht is ready.
  6. Take a pot add half cup oil, Cinnamon stick, Green Cardamom, Cloves and make fry until aroma comes up.Then add soaked Basmati Rice, Salt, Water 4 glasses and cover it to cook until water dry.
  7. Then uncover it and add Zarda powder and Cook on low flame for 10 mins. Pulao is ready.
  8. Palak Gosht with plain pulao is ready
