- Cook till water dries and meat tenders meat ko achi trha bhoon lein..palak ko cut kar ke achi trha dho lein 3 to 4 time pani nikal lein.now add palak & soya leaves in meat
- And cook till the water dries cover and simmer for 10 minutes
- When the oil separates off the flame.palak gosht is ready to serve
