- Boil all 3 daal with cumin powder,salt, turmeric powder,green chillies & tomatoes.. Then grind it..
- In a pot heat oil(2,3 tbsp) add mutton & g.gpaste then fry till colour change.. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder,all spice powder bhounfy till oil separate..Add 2 cup water & cook on low flame until meat tender..
- Now add mutton in daal cook 10mins.. in a pan add all tarka ingredients cook till garlic brown.. add this tarka on daal along with coriander leaves.. Enjoy with zeera rice
