- Get 1 large onion

- Add meat and mix with masala till 5 more minutes
- Add water and cook till meat become 80% tender
- Dry out water and mix till oil seperated from masala and meat.
- Add water again and add bottle guard pieces and cook till pieces become soft.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander and whole spice powder on top and keep on simmer for 5 minutes after covering lid
- Turn off flame and dish out for serving (you can adjust ingredients according to your taste)
