- Add besan in it. Roast it on low medium flame for 5 minutes, or until the besan turns aromatic.
- Add all the spices in it. Mix it well.
- Now add 2.5 cup water. Stir continuesly, make sure there are no lumps cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the besan is cooked completely.
- Turn off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
