  15. You need 1/2 kg Chicken
  16. Provide 1/2 cup Oil
  17. Prepare Tomatoes blended 3 large
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup Water
Instructions to make Achar Gosht:
  1. In a bowl add all the spices and mix now achar gosht masala is ready.
  2. In a small bowl add lemon juice and prepared achar gosht masala 1 tbsp mix well and set aside.
  3. Now split and deseed green chillies and fill lemon juice mixture in it and set aside.
  4. In a bowl add all the remaining achar gosht masala and then add yogurt, ginger garlic paste and mix well then add chicken and mix well then marinate it for 2 hours.
  5. In a vok add oil and blended tomatoes and fry it for 2-3 minutes then add marinated chicken and mix well then add water and cover and cook on low-medium flame for 10 - 15 minutes.
  6. Now add masala filled green chillies and again cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
