- Pour ghee in a pan. Now add finely cut onions. Fry onion till it becomes golden brown. Takeout out onions in a plate.
- Grind onions with yogurt to make a paste
- Now add whole gram masala in a pan for a minute. Then add g.g paste, meat and bhonofy it.
- Now add onions and yogurt paste and bhonofy it in a medium flame. When oil comes out add 2 glass water and cover it with lid.
- When meat is half done, then add potatoes. Add little more water and cover it with lid.
- When ur Curry is done and oil comes out then add kerwa. Do dum for a minute.
- Serve it in a open mouth dish. Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with coriander leaves
- If you don't want to use ghee then make it with only oil.
