- Mix well until sugar, salt and citric acid completely melt and add gram flour.
- Mix well until batter came in pouring consistancy.
- Now pour the batter in alluminium bowl and place it in the preheated pan and cook it for 15-20 min after 10 min check with the knife.
- Now take out plate from pan and allow it to cool for a min.
- Now make a cut in khaman as your desire shape.
- For Tempting:Turn on the flame and heat a pan,now add oil,mustard seed,curry leaves,green chill,pinch of asafoetida,add water as needed and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
- Khaman is ready to serve.
