- Take 3 cups besan ka atta
- Get 1 cup curd
- Provide 1 cup warm water
- Get 2 tbsp green chillies paste,ginger paste

- In a bowl mix besan ka atta,curd,warm water,green chillies ginger paste,turmeric,salt and semolina.
- Cover and let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the steamer preheat it for 10 minutes,grease the plate.
- Now add 1 regular eno to batter mix well with full speed in one direction and transfer it to greased plate.
- Transfer the plate in steamer.
- Steam it for 20 minutes on high flame.
- After that take it out and apply tempering on it.
