  2. Now add mutton and mix well till change the mutton colour
  3. Now add ginger and garlic paste and mix for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. Add tomato paste and stir again, - Now add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  5. Add 1/2 cup water gradually and stir in between cover and cook untill mutton is tender
  6. Now add grind cashew and spices paste and mix
  7. Add water (required consistency of shorba) and mix, - Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
  8. For Tempting, heat pure ghee in a pan add sliced ginger and Crushed cashew
  9. Now pour this hot tempting in mutton pan and cover it.
  10. Now Mughalai Darbari gosht is ready to serve, - Garnish with some brown onion,crushed cashew and with chopped coriander leaves.
