- Drain the water and transfer into pressure cooker with sufficient water and salt cooked with 6-7 whistles.
- Mean while take a thik bottom kadai heat the oil add cumin seeds, bay leaf, asafoedita and ginger garlic paste saute well untill raw smells gone, add sliced onion with lil salt fry it untill becomes translucent add chopped tomatoes and cover it for 10 mins.
- When tomatoes become mushy add all spices and green chilies cover it again for 2 mins. Add cooked chana with water boil it with low flame until gravy becomes thickened.
