Heat oil in a pan,add heing,cumin, green chillies & saute.Now add all dry masale and mix mashed potatoes into this.Sprinkle some coriander leaves & kasoori methi.In another bowl take gram flour with little salt,red chilli powder and make a batter.Consistency must not be very thick nor very thin.
  2. Make balls from fried potatoes and coat nicely with gram flour batter.
  3. Heat oil in another pan & fry balls in medium flame.Aloo bondas are ready to eat
