- Sprinkle 1/4 cup water and mixed it properly further sprinkle water in batches untill mixture get moist and lump free
- Let gram flour cooked completely cover it with lid for 10 min
- After 10 min check jhunka it's ready and lumps free
- Serve it with jhunka and garnish it with coriander leaves..
