  1. Use 250 gm Katla fish
  2. You need 1/2 cup Yogurt
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Yellow Mustard

  4. Then add fish and saute. Almost 4-5 min cook the fish in yogurt.
  5. When the oil is separated then add mustared paste and little bit of water and salt and turmeric powder and boiled.
  6. Serve hot with boiled rice.
