  2. Take 1/2 tablespoon oil
  3. Take 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  4. You need 2 pinches asafoetida
  5. Take 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. You need 1/4 cup jaggery

Instructions to make Raw mango sweet and sour chutney:
  1. First wash, rinse, peel the skin of raw mango and roughly chop the raw mango and keep aside. Keep all the ingredients ready.
  2. Take a pan or kadhai, add oil, as it heats add cumin seeds, once it crackle add 2 pinches asafoetida.
  3. Then add raw mango,saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Then add red chilli powder, salt,jaggery and water.
  4. And mix it all well nicely.
  5. Let it cook on medium to high heat. Keep stirring in between.
  6. Cook till mango becomes softened and water is reduced completely.
  7. The consistency of chutney will be thicker. Once done switch off the heat. It's ready to be served with paratha,puri etc.
  8. Once cool down store in glass containers in refrigerator. Can stay for longer period of time.
