  1. Put the kadhai on flame and roast besan on slow flame
  2. Roast it for 5 to 10 minutes
  3. Now take it out in plate
  4. When it get cool add it in the water and mix properly that there should not be lumps, keep it a side
  5. Again put the kadai on flame add oil add jeera and mustard seed
  6. As it crackles add chopped onion and chopped green chillies.
  7. Saute it for 2 minutes and add garlic
  8. Add turmeric powder,curry patta, asafoetida,red chilli powder and salt
  9. Now add water and besan mixed batter(,which prepared before)
  10. Now put your flame slow and stir it continuously
  11. When it get dry and absorbs the water switch off the flame
  12. And here's zunka is ready garnish with coriander leaves
  13. Serve it with bhakri baingan aloo ki sabji and kadhi
