- Fist step after cleaning mutton nicely always cook on gas stove never cook in pressure cooker add salt,turmeric and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and mix nicely and coat the mutton and keep on medium flame to get the mutton cook never use water or anything the mutton itself leaves water and the juice of tomatoes helps mutton to get cooked.

- Next add green paste made of coconut and hara dhania I have grind coconut and hara dhania together to give that green colour paste for the recepie add the coconut paste and saute for a minute and with adding onion and tomatoes and saute the masala till it becomes light brown and the let the raw smell goes off of the coconut.
