- Heat 2 tsp oil to the pan
- Oil is rightly hot add cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to the oil
- Add 1 tsp fennel seeds and saute the spices for a while

- Cover and cook for 5 minutes and check later
- We have taken 200 grams jaggery. crumble the jaggery in to the small chunks and add garam masala powder mix well
- Cook the chutney until jaggery melts completely. Chutney has turned thick and is now ready
