Steps to make Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless):
  1. In a big mixing bowl add the chicken chunks with all the spices and yogurt.
  2. Mix nicely, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least for 1 hour or overnight.
  3. In a chopper, finely chop the onion and keep aside. Make tomato purée and keep aside.
  4. Now remove the marinated chicken and give a mix. And in a non-stick pan/wok, add 4-5 tbsp oil and add these chunks one by one. Do not over fill the pan, otherwise the chicken will leave it’s waters. Remove in a bowl when done. And repeat the step for the remaining chicken. (keep the flame on medium high)
  5. In another non-stick wok add oil, ginger garlic crushed and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions. Sauté till translucent.
  6. Now add the tomatoes purée and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Move away from flame, give a minute’s rest and then add yogurt and cream. Mix well. (I added turmeric powder as I forgot to add it before)
