- Prepare 1 kg Chicken (pieces normal se thoray baray hun)
- Provide 2 tbspn Crushed Ginger

- Pan mein butter aur oil add karein melt ho jaye add chicken aur achy se fry kar ke nikal lain set aside.
- In Remaining oil add 2 tbspn crushed ginger sauté karein.
- Now add chopped onion and cook well.
- Add tomatoes slices and chopped green chillies cook well on high flame.
- Now add 3 tbspn lemon juice, fry chicken and cook.
- Add crushed Cumin, Red chili flakes,black pepper powder and salt mix well.(agar pani ki zarort ho tu add 1/4 cup water).
- Cover karein pan ko aur low flame per dam per rakh dain.
- After 8-10 minutes dam hata dain oil opr ajaye ga sabit lal mirch dal dain achy se mix karein.
- Kabuli Karahi ready hy garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, tandoori roti and Raita.
