- Take a karahi add oil into it at medium heat after oil is heated add chopped garlic and mix it then add chicken fry at high flame then turned the flame into medium add ginger garlic paste
- After that add crushed chilli+crushed cumin+crushed black pepper and mix all of them together and cook until the the water from the chicken is dry after this turned the flame at low and take out the chicken from the karahi (at this point chicken is halved cook)add chopped tomatoes along with water cooked it..
- ..for 12 mins until the tomatoes are fully mashed and the water is fully soaked then add halved cooked chicken then add yoghurt salt(to taste)and mix it well
- After that rest of green chilli (according to the taste)mix it well add cumin+Coriander (bunha hua zeera aur crushed hua dahniya)then add some Coriander (hara dhaniya)for garnish served it with raita and naan
