Instructions to make Punjabi Chicken Karahi:
  1. Put oil in a large karahi.
  2. Add onion slices and fry until golden brown.
  3. In a blender add fry onion, tomatoes slices, ginger pieces, garlic cloves and half cup water blend well.
  4. Now in remaining oil add chicken.
  5. Fry for 8 minutes until color changes.
  6. Add 1 tbspn whole spices and cook.
  7. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  8. Turmeric powder and mix well.

  11. Beat yogurt and add.
  12. Now add Cumin powder and coriander powder cover and cook on medium heat.
  13. After 5 minutes add green chilli (centre se cut laga ke) cover and put on dam for 5 minutes on low flame.
  14. Now add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  15. Serve hot with naan and tandoori roti.
