- Get 1 bowl Suji(roasted)
- Prepare 1 Bowl mix Vegs (carrot,peas,half potato(boiled) optional
- Provide As required peanuts
- Prepare For tadkaa:
- Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp urad dal
- Take As required Chana dal
- Get 2 whole Red Chillies

Steps to make Mixed Veg Upma:
- Roast Suji for few minutes at low flame and keep aside for cooling. In a Kadai put peanuts, roast for few minutes and now put Oil,add mustard seeds, crackles, put urad dal, chana dal whole Red chill, curry patta, green chillies, saute for few seconds and put sliced Onions, fry till it's pink in colour,add peas, carrot, potato(chopped)add little water and cover the Kadai for five minutes.
- Now 2 cups water and put roasted Suji and Salt as per required, stir continuously till the water in Upma is absorbed and keep it cover at low flame for few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lemon and serve hot.
