- Aik karahi mn chicken dalen. Half cup water dalen. Sath ee tomatoes or ginger garlic paste add kar dein or medium to low flame py cover kar ke pkny rakh dein
- 7-8 minut baad chek karein. Pani almost dry horha hoga ab is salt add karein. Or haldi chili flakes and pisa dhaniya b add kar dein. Sath ee cooking oil add kar ke 3 minut ke liey bhunen
- Ab dahi add karein or cover kar ke or low flame py 5 minut ke liey pkny dein. Chicken gal jaey ga achi trah.
- Ab flame full karein or isy achi trah 5-6 minut ke kiey bhunen untill oil nikal aey or rangat b piyari c hojaey
- Ab is mn white pepper or pisa,gram masala add karein. Sath ee is mn thori adrak or green chili b dal dein. Half cup pani dal ke 2 minut ke liey pkny dein
- Flame off kar dein. Or karahi ko dish out karein. Remaining ginger or dhaniya dal ke garnidh karein.
